Halle competed in her second ever Gymnastics review. Competed is the wrong word, because all the girls showcase the skills they have learned in class. It was a Gym star Musical theme with decorations of stars, broadway play bills, giant notes and had classic broadway music from Cats, Grease, Fame, Mary Poppins and more for floor routines! Halle practiced hard to learn her little routines on Floor, Vault, Bar and Beam!
Halle sometimes looks like a giraffe doing gymnastics. She is SO THIN and has such LONG ARMS and LONG LEGS--not the typical body type for a gymnast, but she loves it! She tries hard, and just seems to sparkle when she performs! Her best event was BAR. She can mount, cast, flip and dismount now! Her floor routine was to GREASE "We go together". Every girl in her class did the same routine individually during the review. There were 6 classes put in 4 groups and rotated just like a real gym meet! It was fun. Halle got a cute T-shirt, a certificate, and a bag of little prizes! What fun!!!
